Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium talbets
Description:
Amoxicillin is a semisynthetic antibiotic with a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. However, Amoxicillin is susceptible to degradation by Beta-lactamases. Clavulanic Acid is a Beta-lactam, which possesses the ability to inactivate a wide range of Beta-lactamase enzymes commonly found in microorganisms resistant to penicillin and cephalosporins.
Amoxicillin and Calvulanate Potassium Talbets is indicated for the treatment of following infections caused by susceptible strains:
* Lower respiratory trace infections (eg. pneumonia, bronchitis)
* Acute otitis media
* Sinusitis;
* Urinary trace infections;
* Skin and skin structure infections;
* Septic abortion, intraabdominal sepsis.
Storage: Store below 25D.C, protected from moisture.
